摘    要:将培养30d的大豆疫霉1号生理小种卵孢子在适宜条件下诱导萌发,随机挑取30个单卵孢株进行纯培养和毒力测定,在测定结果与亲代一致(1号生理小种)的菌株中随机选取1个单卵孢株重复上述试验。试验经过连续两代单卵孢株分离培养,获得了毒力稳定表达的大豆疫霉1号生理小种单卵孢株毒力纯系,为开展大豆疫霉毒性遗传和变异的分子生物学研究提供了研究材料。

Abstract:30 single-oospore isolates obtained from race 1 of Phytophthora sojae(Ps-H2 strain) were evaluated using hypocotyls-inoculation method for race phenotype on soybean cultivars.One race 1 line with desired phenotypes was selected randomly for further experimentation.The pure-line in virulence was obtained after the second generation.This study demonstrated that the pure-breeding race of P.sojae could be developed by repeatedly self-fertilizing of oospore progeny.From this study,we got molecular research material of Phytophthora sojae on virulent inheritance and variation.
