低温胁迫对冬小麦恢复生长后植株细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:为研究不同冬麦品种植株低温胁迫恢复生长后细胞膜受伤害程度的差异,以4个抗寒性不同的冬小麦品种(系)为材料,设置封冻期3个温度(负积温分别为120、240和480℃)和恢复生长后4个温度(未经低温胁迫、-3、-6和-9℃)处理,比较低温胁迫恢复生长后品种间细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量动态变化。结果表明,随着低温胁迫的加剧,不同品种相对电导率和MDA含量均呈增加趋势。抗寒性强的冬麦品种恢复生长后的植株质膜稳定性大于抗寒性弱的品种。恢复生长的冬小麦对低温有一个适应过程,-3℃低温胁迫下,抗寒性有所增强;在-6℃低温胁迫下,细胞膜也有所恢复;进一步的低温,则导致膜脂过氧化的加剧。
