亚临界水提取香菇多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:采用亚临界水技术提取方法,考察了提取香菇多糖的最佳试验条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为亚临界水温度150℃,液料比30 mL.g-1,浸提时间为5 min,浸提次数为2次,在该条件下香菇多糖得率可达15.7%,与热水恒温浸提法相比,亚临界水浸提法可明显降低提取时间和提高香菇多糖得率。

Abstract:The experiment studied the optimum conditions of sub-critical water using in the extrac-tion of lentinan.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows.The subcritical water temperature was 150 ℃,suitable ratio of solvent was 35 mL.g-1,the extraction time was 11 min,extraction times were 2 times.Under the conditions,the yield of lentinan was 15.7%.Comparing with the water extrac-tion method,the sub-critical water extraction could shorten the extraction time and improve the yield of lentinan.
