超声波辅助提取发酵豆奶中的游离大豆异黄酮

摘    要:文章研究了在超声辅助条件下提取大豆异黄酮的最佳条件,并通过单因素和正交试验确定提取游离型大豆异黄酮的最佳反应条件为乙醇浓度90%,提取温度60℃,提取时间45min。最后,通过HPLC分析测得最佳反应条件下游离大豆异黄酮的含量为134.41μg·mL-1。

Abstract:The best condition of extracted isoflavone of the fermentation soybean milk with ultrasonic wave was studied in this paper, the optimal conditions for extracted soybean isoflavone-glycosidase were determined by the single factor and orthogonal test experiment. The results showed that the optimal condition was the ethanol concentration 90%, 60 ℃, extraction for 45 min. Under the best reaction condition, the content of soybean iso-flavone-glycosidase was 134.41 μg·mL-1 analyzed by HPLC.
