生物修复对苏打草甸碱土碳库管理指数的影响

摘    要:通过测定苏打草甸碱土表层土壤全碳、活性有机碳(易氧化有机碳)含量的变化,研究生物修复对草甸碱土碳库管理指数的影响。结果表明,生物修复1年后,苏打草甸碱土上各处理土壤全碳含量,活性有机碳含量均显著增加。各处理碳库管理指数达到了1 149,1 042,270,311和1 109,分别比对照增加了10.5,9.4,1.7,2.2和10.1倍。其中以鲜羊草+鸡粪、鲜苜蓿+鸡粪和鸡粪3个处理效果最为明显,说明鸡粪的加入能明显提高土壤活性有机碳的含量,同时,也显著提高土壤碳库管理指数。

Abstract:Through examining the changes of soil total carbon,active carbon(readily oxidation carbon),this paper researched the effect of different treatments on C pool management index in soil.The results indicated that soil TC and AC of different treatments increased significantly after one year's reclamation on soda meadow saline soil.For each treatment,CPMI improved obviously than control plot,CPMI of A,B,C,D and E were 1 149,1 042,270,311 and 1 109,the corresponding CPMI values were 10.5,9.4,1.7,2.2 and 10.1 respectively.The highest of improvements were A,B and E plot,which revealed that organic matter can improve the content of AC evidently,and enhance CPMI simultaneously.
