| 摘 要： | 以东农96-02为材料,采用5种不同中药-壳聚糖复合生物种衣剂对其进行包衣试验,通过田间小区方法研究大豆苗期生理活性的变化情况。结果表明,经种衣剂处理后大豆发芽指标、根系活力、叶绿素含量及各种保护酶活性等苗期生理指标均良性高于对照。

| Abstract: | The experiment using soybean of Dongnong 96-02 as materical, adopting field planning analysis, studied the effect of five kinds of soybean seed coatings on the germination rate and growth of seedlings. The results showed that the germination rate, content of radical vigor and chlorophyll, activities of protective enzymes of the soybean which had been treated by seed coating were better than that of the contrast. |
