| 摘 要： | 现代生物技术手段和新的统计方法,大大促进了作物QTL的研究,目前QTL研究在多个层面都有重要进展,进一步促进了它在辅助育种中的可遗传操作性。文章综述了几种作物QTL的研究进展,并从各个层面论述了QTL研究的进展情况,总结了目前QTL研究的各个层面存在的问题和局限性,以及相应的一些的解决方法。文章结合QTL现有研究基础,针对存在的问题和QTL研究最终用于辅助育种的目标,对QTL研究的趋势做了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | The research of crop QTL have being advanced with the new biology technology and statistics method used.The all sides of QTL researching have get big progress.Those researches accelerate the QTL to be used in marker assisted selection(MAS).The paper generalized the development of QTL Researching in all ways.Also the limits or problems of the QTL researching facing were pointed out.Some new means for the QTL Limits were discussed,and a trend for the QTL was forecasted in the paper. |
