摘    要:选择3个不同产量水平的9个栽培大豆(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)品种,在相同的环境条件下种植,用LI-6400型光合作用测定系统,测定不同生育时期大豆叶片的净光合速率,用常规方法测定叶片叶绿素含量和比叶重。结果表明,高产大豆品种叶片比叶重、叶绿素含量和净光合速率均高于低产大豆品种。大豆产量与叶片净光合速率之间呈显著正相关。由于现代技术手段的改进,可方便地进行叶片净光合速率的瞬时、准确测定,因此可以把净光合速率作为选择高产大豆品种的一个有效指标。

Abstract:Total nine soybean (Glycine max (L.)
