鲤鱼饲料磷的需要量研究

摘    要:选择50g左右的建鲤,随机分成5个处理,每个处理4重复,每重复放鱼12尾。在基础饲料中添加0.65%,1.34%,2.00%,2.65%的Ca(H2PO4)2,其他条件一致,试验期56d,分析饲料中磷添加水平对鲤鱼生产性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加Ca(H2PO4)2为磷源的有效磷水平对鲤鱼的增重有显著的影响(P<0.05),同时表明磷作为一种必需的营养物质对提高鲤鱼增重率、降低饲料系数起重要的作用。但Ca(H2PO4)2的添加量从2%提高到2.65%时,鲤鱼的生产性能没有显著的提高,表明0.55%的有效磷含量已经接近达到鲤鱼最佳生长所需要的水平,而0.68%的有效磷含量可能已经超出鲤鱼最佳生长所需要的水平。

Abstract:In the second phase, 240 carp in the same size were divided into 5 groups. The monocalcium phosphate were added to the basal diet in 0.65%, 1.34%, 2.00%, 2.65% levels separately. Each of the test diets was fed to 4 pens of 12 carp each. All the test diets had the same composition as that of the basic diet except total monocalcium phosphate. The carp was fed with the diets added monocalcium phosphate for 8 weeks. The results show that adding monocalcium phosphate to diet has significant influence on growth of carp. And the results show that, as one of essential nutriment, phosphorus can accelerate the growth of carp and increase the utilization ratio of diets. But when the monocalcium phosphate increased from 2% to 2.65% in the diet, there is no effect to the growth of carp. The result shows that 0.68% available phosphorus in the diet is enough or superfluous for the growth of carp.
