摘    要:实时荧光定量PCR技术是一种新型的核酸定性、定量检测、分析技术。随着转基因产品大规模商业化,转基因生物的环境安全和食用安全性问题引起了全球范围内广泛的争论和关注。实时监测、定量准确、灵敏度高、反应速度快、重复性好及PCR反应后不需电泳检测等优点,使RQ-PCR逐步成为转基因检测的重要工具。

Abstract:Real-time quantitative PCR is a newly developed technique for both nucleic acid analysis and quantitative measurement. As the development of the Genetically Modified Organisms, the securities of the environment and food result have been paied the whole world peoples’ widely attention. The merits of the real-time quantitative PCR, such as its good accuracy, real-time, quickness, repeatability and there be no need to take the electrophoresis, enable it to be one of the most important tools in the check of the GMO.
