氮素用量对春玉米功能叶片谷氨酰胺合成酶活性及产量的影响

摘    要:试验以东农250、四单19、丰禾10为材料,研究了不同氮素用量对黑龙江省春玉米谷氨酰胺合成酶活性影响,揭示了不同氮素用量对春玉米氮代谢及产量的影响。结果表明,①玉米功能叶片谷氨酰胺合成酶活性峰值出现在孕穗期或抽雄期;②三个品种整个生育过程中各处理功能叶片谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均以N200处理较高,对三个品种来说,N200处理是最佳的氮素处理;③在拔节后各处理谷氨酰胺合成酶活性快速升高并相继达到峰值,拔节前追肥可促进后期谷氨酰胺合成酶活性提高;④七叶期和成熟期叶片谷氨酰合成酶活性与子粒产量呈显著正相关。

Abstract:This research studied on the effect of different nitrogen application on GS activity and yield in different quality spring maize varieties which were wild used in Heilongjiang Province to discover the regulation effect of different N nutrition levels on N metabolism and the yield,the result showed that:①The GS activity in leaves peaks appeared at a the booting or tasseling;②All tested varieties had highest GS activity at N200.N200 was the best treatment;③GS activity of all treatments increased quickly and reached the highest after jointing, and GS activity were increased by applying nitrogen after the jointing;④The GS activity in leaves at five leaves and ripening were significant positive with the yield of protein.
