不同种衣剂对玉米种子活力和幼苗生理指标的影响

用5个不同配方的种衣剂包衣"丰禾10"玉米种子,进行发芽试验和测定苗期的几个生理指标。结果表明,5种种衣剂均能提高玉米种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数,同时缩短了平均发芽时间;种衣剂2、5号显著提高了叶绿素含量;除种衣剂2号,其它种衣剂均能提高幼苗根系活力,种衣剂1、2、4、5号能促进保护酶CAT、POD的活性,增强了清除自由基的能力,从而保护膜结构的完整性,增强玉米的抗逆性。

Effects of seed coating formulation with traditional chinese medicine and chitosan on the seed vigor and the physiological index of seedling in maize

Different kinds of seed coating formulations were used coat the seeds of Results Fenghe 10 and to do the seedling germination test and determine several physiological indices of seedling stage. showed that these 5 seed coating formulations could increase germination energy, germination percentape, and germination index of maize seeds and shorten the average germination time. The No. 2 and No. 5 seed coating formulations significantly improved the chlorophyll content. In addition to No. 2 seed coating formulation, other seed coating formulations all improved the root vigor of seedlings. The seed coating formulations of No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, and No.5 could promote activities of the catalase (CAT) and the peroxidase (POD), and enhance the ability to remove the free radicals, thereby protecting the integrity of the membrane structure, and enhancing the antireversion force of maize.
