摘    要:1993~1994年的田间试验表明,不同轮作方式能显著地影响大豆根区孢囊线虫孢囊数量,每百克干土中孢囊数顺序为:重茬>迎茬>正茬.与正茬相比,重茬、迎再茬别降低单株根瘤重量24.00%和31.48%;分别降低单株固氮能力32.94%和22.58%.而对根区根瘤菌数量及根瘤固氮酶活性没有明显的影响.

Abstract:The results of this study showed that different rotation significantly affect the cyst number of soybean cyst nematode in the root area.The cyst number of root area in the continous cropping was higher, than that in the rotation cropping soil and the number in the rotation soil was higher than that in the normal cropping soil compared with normal cropping. The rotation and continous cropping only reduced the weight of root nodule by 31.48% and 24.00%,but also reduced the nitrogen-fixing ability of soybean,by 22.5% and 32.94%,respectively.Different rotations did not affect the number of Rhizobia in the root area and mitrogenase activity of the root nodule.
