黑龙江省小麦品种的HMW麦谷蛋白亚基组成和血缘关系的研究 Ⅰ.70年代以前主要小麦品种的HMW麦谷蛋白亚基组成的研究

利用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析了黑龙江省７０年代以前推广种植的６３个主要小麦品种的ＨＭＷ麦谷蛋白亚基。根据Ｐａｙｎｅ等人的方法，计算了其Ｇｌｕ－１品质得分。结果表明，黑龙江省５０年代以前（包括５０年代）推广种植的２２个小麦品种，其Ｇｌｕ－１的平均分数为８．０５分；６０年代推广的１５个品种，其Ｇｌｕ－１的平均数为８．０３分；７０年代推广的２６个品种，其Ｇｌｕ－１的平均分数为７．３５分。本文分析了这一结果的成因，讨论了我省小麦育种的策略和方法。
