摘 要: | 利用SDS-PAGE分析了黑龙江省70年代以前推广种植的63个主要小麦品种的HMW麦谷蛋白亚基。根据Payne等人的方法,计算了其Glu-1品质得分。结果表明,黑龙江省50年代以前(包括50年代)推广种植的22个小麦品种,其Glu-1的平均分数为8.05分;60年代推广的15个品种,其Glu-1的平均数为8.03分;70年代推广的26个品种,其Glu-1的平均分数为7.35分。本文分析了这一结果的成因,讨论了我省小麦育种的策略和方法。

The grain proteins of 63 Heilongjiang province-grown spring wheat cultivars were fractionated by SDS-PAGE to determine their HMW glutenin subunit composition The Glu-1 quality score was calculated for all cultivars analysed based on the quality rating system of Payne and his co-workers The results indicated that Heilongjiang province wheat cultivars have an average Glu-1 quality score of 805, 803 and 735 before 1960's, in 1960s and 1970s, respectively The relationship between HMW glutenin subunits composition and the lineage of cultivars was analysed The results are discussed in relation to future strategies recommended to wheat breeders for developing new Cultivars with improved bread-making quality in Heilongjiang province |
