奶牛育种资料的电脑管理

本文论述了用APPLE—Ⅱ型微型电子计算机对一个奶牛场的中国黑白花奶牛的育种资料进行管理的做法和结果。该项工作以一个有650头成母牛的奶牛育种场的全部育种资料为数据来源,完成了一个容量为2600头母牛的奶牛育种资料电脑管理系统的设计、研制和调试。现已写入育种资料40万个数据,并编制了相应的系统管理程序和一组功能较强的实用程序。从而实现快速、准确地管理育种资料的目的。其结果可以供该场现场利用。文章还就畜禽育种资料电脑管理有关问题作了若干理论分析,提出一些看法。

THE COMPUTER MANAGEMENT OF DAIRY BREEDING INFORMATION

The computerization of breeding data information for the Black-white Dairy Cattle of China is described in this paper. Design, development and regulation of the system of computer management have been finished. The system was established for a dairy farm with 650 cows, and can store records of 2600 cows in number. 400 thousands of data of 2100 cows and 162 bulls have been stored into the microcomputer. The system management program and several utility programs, with functions of inputing, displaying, correcting and copying and multi-purpose inquiry, have been provided for the data processing, analysis and calculation. Therefore we can manage the breeding data information rapidly and accurately. Since all data came from practical records, the results may be directly applied to practical breeding and production. The micro-computer management to breeding information is useful for the studies of quantitative genetics and breeding theory.
