| 摘 要： | 以14种植物的提取液为试验材料,对菜蛾幼虫的杀虫活性进行了室内测试,筛选出了杀虫活性好的百部根、川楝、小蓟和拒食效果明显的姜根提取液,川楝10倍的死亡率达63.33%,小蓟10倍死亡率达54.24%,其中百部10倍液的死亡率达到83.05%,杀虫效果最理想;同时对植物源农药绿晶进行了测试,利用800倍液处理菜蛾幼虫的校正死亡率达78.95%。

| Abstract: | Several kinds of extracts from 14 species of plants were tested for their insecticidal activity against Plutella xylosella. The main results indicate that Stemona sessilifolia show high insecticidal activity and Zingiber offcinale show anti-feeding activity to 2nd and 3rd larval instar of Plutella xylosella. It was also showed that Azdirachtin was an ideal and desirable bio-insecticide, especially to Plutella xylosella. |
