钾素用量对甜玉米籽粒蔗糖形成积累的影响

摘    要:试验研究了不同施钾水平对甜玉米籽粒蔗糖积累的影响,旨在探索有利于甜玉米籽粒蔗糖积累的钾素用量。结果表明,甜玉米籽粒灌浆期蔗糖的含量呈单峰曲线变化,峰值出现的时期因品种而异。两品种籽粒蔗糖含量都与施钾水平有显著关系,在一定范围内蔗糖积累含量随着钾肥用量增加而提高,每公顷施用K2O150kg有利于蔗糖积累。籽粒蔗糖合成酶(合成)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性变化与籽粒蔗糖基本一致,而且两者存在显著正相关或极显著正相关关系。

Abstract:The paper studied the effects of different potassium levels on the sweet maize grain sucrose accumulation,in order to explore the appropriate amount of potassium in favor of sweet maize grain sucrose accumulation. The results indicated that the content of sucrose in sweet maize grain filling period showed a single peak curve,and the peak period varies by species.
