摘    要:农机具大型化使得机架的结构愈加复杂,机架的强度、刚度及稳定性等问题突显,传统的结构分析方法解决此类问题存在较大难度。文章利用CATIA的有限元工程分析模块在三维仿真机架上建立了各零部件间具有联接和力传递关系的有限元模型,模拟真实环境下的工作状态,由计算机处理后给出图形及数据形式的变形和应力情况,调整设计并优化结构。实践表明,基于CATIA的有限元分析与结构优化为大型机构的设计提供了可行、快速与精确的现代化解决方案。

Abstract:The complex structure of rack was increasing with the large-scale of farm machinery,and the problems of strength,stiffness and stability that can be neglected originally on small machinery are significantly outstanding.Traditional structural analysis methods has more difficult to solve such problems.In this paper,the finite element engineering analysis module of CATIA was used to establish the finite element model which had had joins and force transmission relations among the various parts in the 3D simulation rack,simulate the work status of real environment,give out graphic as well as the deformation and stress in the form of data after computer processing,then according to above adjust ment of the design and optimize the structure.Practice showed that the finite element analysis and structural optimization of CATIA provided a viable,quick and accurate modernization solution for design of large-scaled mechanism.
