摘    要:为揭示POD与吉贝插穗生根过程的关联性及其机理,取吉贝2年生采穗圃母树上当年生枝条制穗,比较3种配方处理插穗后,生根过程中POD活性变化规律.结果表明,吉贝插穗生根过程可分为愈伤组织形成期(0~7 d)、不定根形成期(7~14 d)及不定根伸长期(14 d以后)3个阶段;3种配方处理插穗生根过程中,在0~21 d时POD活性均呈现“升高-下降-升高”趋势,峰值出现在不定根形成期,且第14天时POD活性与生根率呈显著正相关;方差分析显示,不同配方对吉贝生根有相似作用;每种配方处理生根的不同阶段POD活性差异达显著水平.POD活性变化与吉贝插穗生根密切相关,且不定根形成期维持较高POD活性利于生根.

Abstract:Shoots which were taken from two years mother trees were used as cuttings,compared with the variation of POD activities in the process of rooting with three kinds of proprietary formula,which revealed the rooting mechanism of Ceiba pentandra.The results showed that Ceiba pentandra rooting cutting could be divided into callus formation(0-7 d),adventitious root formation(7-14 d) and new root elongation after 14 d at three stages.During the rooting processes of three kinds of proprietary formula treatments,at 0-21 d,POD activities showed the "increasing,down and increasing" trend,and the peak was appeared in adventitious root formation,and the first 14 d of POD activities were significantly correlated with tooting rate.Analysis of variance showed that different proprietary formula existed similar effects,and each formula processing at different stages of rooting POD activity exists significant differences at different time.The change of POD activity was closely related with the Ceiba pentandra rooting cutting,especially in the adventitious root formation should be conductive to the maintenance of high activity to take root.
