小麦杂种后代籽粒蛋白质含量配合力研究

摘    要:利用6个蛋白质含量高低不同的亲本,采用Griffing完全双刊杂交方法二,对亲本在F1~F3的配合力作了研究.结果表明,蛋白质含量在后代的表现主要由基因加性效应决定,随着世代的推进,这种作用越显重要,在总的遗传变异中主要以加性变异为主,世代与一般配合力及世代与特殊配合力的互作极显著,与平均的一般配合力和特殊配合力比较,这种互作是不可忽视的.亲本自身的蛋白质含量高低是一般配合力高低的重要指标,通过早期世代的一般配合力效应可以预知后期的一般配合力效应.

Abstract:The combining ability of 6 wheat cultivars with different levels of protein content in their psrents Was studied in F1~F3 generations by Griffing's compete diallcl crossing method 2.The results showed.The results showed that the protein content in grain was mainly deter mined by the additive gefnetio effcets in the Offspring of whcat, and the more the generation,the more important the offect. The additive effeot wasa main part of the total genetio varition. The interaotions beiween generation and G.C.A.and between generation and S,C.A.were all at a high sinificant level.The interactions couldn't be neglected comared with the average cffects of G.C.A.and S.C.A.The level of the protein content in grainof the parent itself is the important indicator of its G.C.A,and the G.C.A.cffects in latergenerations may be predicted by those in the carlier generations.
