| 摘 要： | 激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)是普通荧光显微镜、激光和计算机及相应软件组合的产物,它实现了连续光学切片,并广泛应用于活细胞三维重构及动态分析。乳腺细胞凋亡是乳腺生物学的重要研究内容,是乳腺发育、泌乳及退化过程的一个关键特征。近年来有关乳腺细胞凋亡的研究已经有了长足进展,文章综述了激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术在乳腺细胞凋亡研究中的应用。

| Abstract: | Laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) technology integrates the strong points of fluorescence microscope, laser and computer and its software technology, therefore it can implement continuous optical section and has been mainly applied in 3 -dimensional reconstruction and dynamic analysis of living cell.
