黑龙江省汤旺河流域犬寄生蠕虫区系调查

本文报告了黑龙江省汤旺河流域犬寄生蠕虫的调查结果。沿河两岸20个点,剖检狗84只、蠕虫感染者83只,感染率占98.81％。本次共检获寄生蠕虫16种,其中吸虫7种,涤虫4种和线虫5种,他们分属于13科,16属。1犬体内检出1种虫体者占8.33％,检出2、3种者占26.19％和23.81％,检出4、5种者各占13.09％和16.67％,5种以上者占10.71％。分布广泛,危害严重者:犬钩口线虫,犬弓首线虫,旋毛形线虫,犬复孔绦虫,卫氏并殖吸虫,泡状带涤虫,线中殖孔绦虫和华支睾吸虫。横川后殖吸虫,园圃棘口吸虫,日本棘隙吸虫和毛细线虫在我省系首次报道。据文献记载,上述16种蠕虫均为人畜共患寄生虫,在我省人体内有重要意义的有4种:华支睾吸虫,卫氏并殖吸虫,棘球蚴和旋毛形线虫。其余虫种可能偶尔感染人。上述结果提示,狗是人畜共患寄生蠕虫的重要宿主。

A SURVEY OF HELMINTH FAUNA OF DOGS ALONG TANGWANG RIVER VALLEY IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE CHINA

A survey of helminth of 84 dogs in 20 points along the Tangwang river was made.Infective rate was found to be 98.81%.Sixteen species of helminths were detected from dogs.These helminths belonged to 13 families,16 genera, of which 7 species were trematodes,4 species cestodes and 5 species nema-todes.There were 7(8.33%)cases with single species,22(26.19%)& 20(23.81%) with two & three,11(13.09%)& 1(?)(16.67%)with four & five and 9(10.71%) with more than five species.The most common helminths were Ancylostoma caninum(83.33%),Toxocar canis 35.71%),Trichinella spiralis(35.71%),Dipylidium caninum(32.14%),Para-gonimus westermani(30.95%),Taenia hydatigena(26.19%),Mesocestodes lineatua (27.38%),Clonorchis sinensis(25.00%).Other species of helminths collected in this survey were as follows:Euparyphium melis(8.33%),Echinostoma hortense (2.38%),Echinochasmus japonicus(3.57%),Metagonimus yokogawai(17.86%), Alaria alata(3.57%),Echinococcus granulosus(3.57%),Dioctophyme renale(1.19%) and Capillaria sp.(1.19%).Of these,Metagonimus yokogawai,Echinostoma hor- tense,Echinochasmus japonicus and Capillaria sp.infections in dogs were the first record in Heilongjiang province. All of these helminths collected in this survey are transferable to human being,in either their larval or adult stage.With the exception of Clonorchis sinensis,Paragonimus westermani,Echinococcus granulosus and Trichinella spiralis,which are important helminths of man in Heilongjiang province,all the others are incidental parasites of the human being.The above mentioned survey indi-cates that dog is the principal host in spreading homan parasitic helminthiasis.
