黑龙江省马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种类型及交配型研究

摘    要:利用11个马铃薯晚疫病菌生理小种的单基因鉴别寄主r、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9和R11,对2004年采自黑龙江省各地的51个晚疫病菌株进行生理小种鉴定,并测定了这些菌株的交配型。结果表明,51个菌株中有21个生理小种,其中生理小种3.4.6.7.8.9.11的出现频率最高,达到15.7%,出现的地域最广,6个地点中的4个地点都有分布;其次小种1.3.4.6.7.8.9.11,3.4.7.11和3.4.7的出现频率也比较高,均为11.8%。同时也检测到毒力最强的生理小种为1.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.11,但出现频率低。51个被测菌株均为A1交配型,未发现A2交配型。

Abstract:Physiological races of 51 isolates of Phytophthora infestans on potato which were collected in 2004 from Heilongjiang Province were identified on 11 mono-gene hosts of late blight,i.e, r, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5,R6,RT,RS,R9 and R11, And the mating type of these isolates were also determined as well as. The results showed that there were 21 races among 51 isolates. The race 3.4.6.7.8.9.11, distributing in the four of six areas where the isolates were collected, was the most common with the frequency of 15.7%, then followed by 1.3.4.6.7.8.9.11, 3.4.7.11 and 3.4.7, all with the frequency of 11.8%. Meanwhile, a high virulence race 1.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.11 was also detected with low frequency. 51 isolates were all A1 mating type, and no A2 was detected.
