摘    要:在广泛田间抗病性调查的基础上,用黑龙江省大豆细菌性斑点病优势4号生理小种对84个大豆品种(系)进行了抗病性鉴定,抗病资源占9.52%。结果表明,黑龙江省存在着抗源,需加大抗性资源筛选工作,拓宽基因资源,为培育抗性稳定的品种提供有利可靠的理论依据,并讨论了室内接种抗性品种与其田间抗感调查结果的异同。

Abstract:Based on the extensive field investigation,84 soybean varieties(lines) are inoculated indoors to identify the resistantance to race 4 of Pseudomonas syringae pv.Glycinea,and the resistance ratio is 9.52%.That means that there is resistance resource in Heilongjiang Province,and the resistance resource screening must be strengthened.The difference between the results of resistance identification indoors and in field is also discussed in this paper.
