实时荧光定量PCR技术研究进展及其应用

摘    要:实时荧光定量PCR技术是在PCR反应体系中加入荧光染料或荧光探针,利用荧光信号积累实时监测整个PCR反应进程,最后通过标准曲线对未知模板进行定量分析,具有操作简便、快速高效,高通量,而且高敏感性等特点,该技术在分子诊断、分子生物学研究、动植物检疫以及食品安全检测等方面有广泛的应用。文章对实时荧光定量PCR的原理、影响因素以及在植物病害和遗传育种方面的应用等进行了综述。

Abstract:Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, in PCR reaction system by adding fluorescent dyes or fluorescent probes, real-time monitoring of fluorescence signal accumulation process of the PCR reaction, standard curve by quantitative analysis of the unknown template, simple, fast, efficient, high-throughput and the characteristics of high sensitivity.
