摘    要:试验以Vangal、波C、讷16、春薯4号和内薯7号5个马铃薯品种(系)为材料,研究不同培养基添加物硝酸银、活性炭、马铃薯提取液对马铃薯花药培养的褐化率和愈伤诱导率的影响。结果表明,培养基中加入20mg·L-1硝酸银、0.5g·L-1活性炭和50g·L-1马铃薯提取液能够提高马铃薯花药愈伤诱导率,同时褐化率明显降低。

Abstract:Factors that influence callus induction and anther browning rate, such as AgNO_3 concentra-tion, active carbon and potato extract during the culture process were investigated by using five genotypes of Vangal, Bo C, Ne 16, Chunshu 4 and Neishu 7. The results showed that the medium adding 20 mg· L~(-1)AgNO_3. 0.5 g· L~(-1) activate carbon and 50 g· L~(-1) potato extract could improve the rate of callus induction, at the same time, it could reduce the browning rate.
