| 摘 要： | 用光学显微镜对二倍体和三倍体虹鳟外周血细胞大小及显微结构,尤其是对三倍体特有的畸形红细胞进行了研究。结果表明,两种倍性虹鳟的红细胞及细胞核、嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞体积均为3:2的比例关系;各类白细胞从多到少依次为血栓细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和单核细胞;两种倍性虹鳟红细胞形态存在明显差异,三倍体虹鳟红细胞短径/长径比值为0.57,近17%有哑铃形细胞核或双核;二倍体虹鳟红细胞短径/长径比值为0.67,且未见哑铃形和双核红细胞;在三倍体中观察到很多哑铃形的血栓细胞。
