玉米种质资源遗传多样性分析

摘    要:利用SSR标记技术对不同地区的383份玉米材料进行遗传多样性分析,通过非加权平均法(UPGMA)对材料进行聚类分析,将玉米材料进行优势类群的划分与归类。结果表明,通过26对扩增带型稳定的SSR引物,从材料中共检测出117条等位基因变异,每对引物检测的等位基因数为2~8个,平均4.5个,每对引物的多态性信息量为0.371~0.846,平均0.647。通过聚类图分析,可将供试玉米材料划分为6类。从而为今后育种实践有目的地选择亲本,拓宽遗传基础培育玉米新品种提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 383 maize (Zea mays L.) inbreds were studied by 26 SSR markers,UPGMA method was used to carry on the cluster analysis,the predominance groups of corn materials were divided and classified.The results showed that 117 alleles were detected through 26 SSR primers.The average number of alleles locus by per SSR primers were 4.5 with the range which was from 2 to 8.PIC value for each SSR locus varied from 0.371 to 0.846,with the average of 0.647.The UPGMA analysis indicated that all the i...
