甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒(M_bNPV)的生物测定

摘    要:从甘蓝夜蛾(Mamestra brassicae L.)自然罹病死亡幼虫体分离出的多株核型多角体病毒(M_bNPV),选出毒力较强的 M_bNPV-80株,于1984年在哈尔滨进行生物活性测定。方差分析表明:1.2×10~2~1.2×10~8 PIB(多角体)/虫间,7种剂量感染3龄幼虫,不同剂量间的校正死亡率差异极显著。而各处理死亡均数差异显著性测定中,1.2×10~5~1.2×10~8 PIB/虫4个剂量差异不显著。剂量与死亡率回归方程为 y=2.819+0.416x;致死中剂量(LD_(50))为1.77×10~5 PIB/虫。每虫以1.2×10~4和1.2×10~5 PIB/虫分别处理3龄幼虫所得的致死中时(LT_(50))分别为6.59和4.31天。

Abstract:Bioassay of an isolate of Mamestra brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virusMbNPV-80 was conducted in Harbin on third instar larvae of cabbage mothwhich were individually reared on cabbage leaf contaminated with the polyhe-dra.The regression equation between dosage and mortality was Y=2.819+0.416X.The LD_(50)value and 95% fiducial limits were 1.77x10~5 PIB/larva and6.62×10~4-4.73×10~5 PIB/larva.The LT_(50)values for 1.2×10~4 and 1.2×10~5 PIB/larva treatments were 6.59 and 4.31 days respectively.
