| 摘 要： | 研究2,4-D首次处理时期对小麦×玉米诱导小麦单倍体效率的影响,将2个小麦基因型与1个玉米基因型进行远缘杂交,远缘杂交后,在2,4-D首次处理的时期上采用了4种不同的处理。结果表明,T1处理(授粉后1 h首次进行2,4-D穗下节注射子房滴注)的诱导效率明显优于其它处理,其单倍体植株获得率和获得效率分别为37.50%和3.33%。

| Abstract: | In order to study influence of period of the first 2,4-D treatment on efficiency of inducing wheat haploid in wheat×maize crosses,wide hybridization had been done between 2 genotypes of wheat(Triticum aes-tivum L.) and 1 genotype of maize(Zea mays L.).Four periods of the first 2,4-D treatments were performed after wide hybridization.The results showed that efficiency of induction of T1 treatment(2,4-D injected into the uppermost internode and dropped in caryopses performed at 1 h after pollination) was markedly superior to other treatments.Its frequency and efficiency of haploid formation were 37.50% and 3.33%,respectively. |
