大豆种质资源芽期抗旱性鉴定

摘    要:试验采用PEG-6000作为渗透介质,研究了不同浓度PEG-6000下3份大豆品种的发芽势、发芽率、胚根长及下胚轴长的响应。结果表明,15%PEG-6000对大豆品种芽期抗旱性鉴定指标影响明显;在15%PEG-6000下,对黑龙江省91份大豆种质资源的上述四项指标进行测定,筛选出耐旱型品种6份,较耐旱型品种12份,中间型品种25份,干旱较敏感型品种40份,干旱敏感型品种8份。以期为抗旱性品种选育和抗旱性机理研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:The experiment using PEG-6000 as permeability media,to study on the response of germination energy,germination rate,radicle length and hypocotyls length of three varieties of soybean under different PEG-6000 concentrations.The results showed that the 15% PEG-6000 had a significant influence on the drought resistance identification indices of soybean at bud stage;Determination of above four indices of 91 Heilongjiang Province soybean germplasm resources under 15% concentration PEG-6000,six drought tolerant varieties,12 relatively drought tolerant varieties,25 intermediate type varieties,40 relatively drought sensitive varieties,and eight drought sensitive varieties were screened out.In order to provide theoretical basis for breeding drought resistant varieties and study on drought resistance mechanism.
