| 摘 要： | 采用单因素试验设计,通过对赶黄草种子进行不同温度、土壤水分含量及光照强度的处理,研究了温度、土壤水分、光照对赶黄草种子萌发特性的影响,找到促使该种子萌发的最适环境因子。结果表明,影响赶黄草种子萌发的环境因子最适宜范围分别是:温度10~15℃、土壤水分55%、光照强度100%。该试验结果对赶黄草种苗培育具有直接指导的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Single factor randomized block design was applied to study the influence of temperature,moisture,and illumination on the germination of Penthorum chinense Pursh.,and then the optimum environmental factors could be found.The results showed that the germination of Penthorum chinense Pursh.was affected by the difference temperature,moisture and illumination.The environmental factors could effectively promote seeds germination rate,and the condition was as follows: temperature 10-15 ℃,moisture 55%,and illumination 100%.The research results would be the guidance to growing seedling of Penthorum chinense Pursh. |
