摘    要:以太行山区采集到的40株优树种子为材料,进行多地点苗期子代测定。结果表明,黄连木种内存在丰富的遗传变异,家系间各性状差异显著,且主要由遗传因素控制。各性状平均家系遗传力为0.449,属于中等遗传力,苗高遗传力最大达0.657,地径次之。联合方差分析说明参试地点间存在使家系显著增产或减产的效应。以苗高和地径2个性状为主要选择指标,在各试验点选取的10个优良家系都表现出明显的速生性,其中河北临城点子代长势最好,平均苗高、地径、冠幅都远大于其它2个地点,而平均遗传增益则是陕西扶风点高于河北临城点。所选出的优良家系可用作种子园建园材料或无性繁殖材料,并有待于在子代试验林中进一步观测。

Abstract:Multi-sites seedling testing was carried out with the seeds of 40 plus trees of Pistacia chinensis from Taihang Mountain,the results showed that there were abundant variations and significant difference among the families which were mainly controlled by genetic factors.The average family heritability was 0.449,which belongs to middle-class heritability type,heritability of tree height is up to the highest(0.657),followed by basal diameter.Joint analysis of variance indicated that remarkable effect on increase or decrease of production existed at test sites.According to the two traits of height and basal diameter,10 excellent families selected in every experiment location growed well,of which height,basal diameter and crown of the progeny in Lincheng were obviously higher than those of other two sites,While the genetic gains of Fufeng surpassed over Lincheng.The selected families,needed for further observation in progeny,could be used for seed orchard or vegetative propagation.
