福建柏地理种源苗期试验的研究

摘    要:在永泰点对来自福建、湖南等 6省的 1 6个福建柏种源首次进行种源试验 .对 1年生苗期性状调查和分析结果表明 ,福建柏种内存在丰富的遗传变异 :苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、地上部分干 (鲜 )重、地下部分干 (鲜 )重等性状在种源间都有显著或极显著的差异 ,这些差异主要是受遗传因素制约 ;福建柏种源苗木生物量在各器官、地上和地下空间结构上的分配具有高度的相关性 ;初步筛选出福建龙岩、湖南道县、福建德化、福建仙游、贵州黎平和江西上犹等6个优良种源 ,其苗高、地径的平均遗传增益为 1 6.53%和 8.42 % ,增产效果显著

Abstract:The first provenance test on 16 provenances of Fokienia hodginsii from 6 provinces such as Fujian Province,Hunan Province etc.,was carried out in Yongtai nursery garden. With statistical methods,such as variance and correlation analysis,the genetic variations of Fokienia hodginsii were studied,based on the investigation of 1 year old seedling traits from different provenances. The results showed there were abundant variations within the Fokienia hodginsii and significant or very significant differences among provenances in seedling height,diameter,lateral branch ,dry/wet weight of stem or root etc. The variations were mainly controlled by genetic factors.There was very significant correlation between different organs of seedling of different provenances in biomass distribution. According to this analysis,6 superior provenances were tentatively selected They were Longyan,Daoxian,Dehua,Xianyou,Liping and Shangyou provenance,whose average genetic gain of their height and diameter were 16 53% and 8 42% respectively.The selection effect was very striking.
