乌桕叶提取物抑菌活性研究

摘    要:采用生物活性追踪法,以金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus G+)为供试菌,对乌桕(Sapium sebiferum)叶提取物的抑菌活性进行探讨。结果表明:乌桕叶不同溶剂的提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性有很大区别,乙醇提取物的抑菌活性最强;进一步的研究表明:乌桕叶乙醇提取物之乙酸乙酯可溶部抑菌活性最强,乙酸乙酯可溶部经柱层析分离,所得流分皆无明显抑菌活性,各成分间存在协同作用。

Abstract:The antibacterial activity of extracts from Sapium sebiferum leaves against Staphylococcus aureus G was studied by bioassay-guided fractionation method.The results indicated that antibacterial activity of the extracts with different solvents were obviously different,the ethanol extract exhibited the strongest antibacterial activity.A following study showed that the strongest antibacterial activity came from ethyl acetate soluble fraction of the ethanol extract.The fractions isolated from ethyl acetate soluble fraction by silica gel column chromatography had no antibacterial activity.It suggested that there was synergy between each components.
