树木育种数据的计算机处理系统(DPFB系统)

“DPFB”系统由五个功能模块、20个子模块和50余个主程序组成,适用于树木育种田间试验的数据管理和统计分析。其主要功能有(1)数据处理;(2)方差及协方差分析;(3)回归及相关分析;(4)多元统计分析;(5)遗传参数估算等。软件设计为中文菜单式人机对话形式,应用计算机辅助设计(CAD)、复盖和编译等优化技术。经过上百次实际运行结果表明,此系统功能较全,适用性及通用性均较好,运行速度快,节省内存,容易使用,比常规人工计算提高效率50—100倍。

THE COMPUTER DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM ON THE FIELD IN FORESTRY BREEDING(DPFB)

The "DPFB" system is composed of major modules, 20 submodules and more than 50 major programs, which can be used in managing and statistically analy-sising the data on field test of forestry tree breeding.The functions contained in it are: ( 1 )the data file management; ( 2 )variance and covaiance analysis; ( 3 ) regression and correlation analysis; ( 4 )multivariate statistical analysis; ( 5 ) estimating genetics parameter.The softwares are designed into conversational and manual form in Chinese. Many techniques like computer-aided design (CAD), overlaying, compilering and optimizing have been applied in the programming.The "DPFB" system has been run over hundred times.The result from a lot of practices shows that, the system has a powerful function and performs satisfactorily both in common use and in suitability, being fast to calculate and easy to operate. The calculating efficiency has been increased over 50-100 times compared with manual calculation.
