泉州湾河口湿地几种植物叶绿素荧光特性

摘    要:桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)、秋茄(Kandelia candel)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina)是泉州湾河口湿地的优势植物。对该湿地不同区域(上游、中游和下游)的优势植物在不同时间的叶绿素荧光特性进行了研究。桐花树初始荧光值在中午最大(0.187),表明中午受到环境的胁迫大。上午,下游的桐花树的叶绿素初始荧光值为0.129,显著地小于下午的(0.173);下游的秋茄的为0.142,也显著小于下午的(0.171);而上午时下游的桐花树和秋茄的原初光能转化效率分别为0.795和0.799,显著大于各自的下午的,表明下游植物在上午受环境胁迫小于下午。叶绿素荧光光响应曲线的结果表明,上午的桐花树的光合潜能和捕光效能低于下午,下游的桐花树在上午有着最高的光合潜能和捕光效能;成熟的秋茄在下午有着最高的光合潜能和捕光效能,上游的5年生秋茄在上午光合潜能和捕光效能最低。成熟的桐花树、秋茄和白骨壤具有较好的适应性。
