杉木及其伴生树种化感物质的分离与生物测定

摘    要:对杉木、丝栗栲以及木荷叶片的化感作用活性物质进行初步的分离 ,并用杉木种子进行生物检测 .结果表明 ,丝栗栲、木荷叶片对杉木种子发芽过程产生影响的化感活性物质是为极性物质 ,杉木叶片对自身种子发芽过程产生影响的化感活性物质为弱极性物质

Abstract:Isolation of active allelochemicals from Chinese fir, Castanopsis fargesii and Schima superba was done, and the bioassary of Chinese fir seeds was also done The result showed that the active allelochemicals that effected on the germination of Chinese fir seeds from Castanopsis fargesii and Schima superba leaves were polar,and that the active allelochemicals that effected on the germination of Chinese fir seeds from Chinese fir itself were week polar.
