不同桉树无性系光响应曲线研究

分别应用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型和叶子飘构建的新光响应模型对8个参试不同桉树无性系的光响应曲线进行拟合,比较它们之间的差异,找出最优模型,筛选高光效桉树优良无性系。结果表明,与直角双曲线和非直线双曲线模型相比,叶子飘新构建的模型拟合的效果更好,拟合的结果与实测值最为接近。新模型拟合的光响应曲线在达到饱和光强之后呈非线性缓慢下降,出现光抑制现象。而直角双曲线和非直角双曲线模型拟合的光响应曲线在强光下光合曲线仍呈现不断上升的趋势,与超过饱和光强后光合速率下降的预期和事实不符。新模型拟合得到的φ0、φc0、φc三个参数不相等,这表明新模型可以处理在低光照强度条件下的光响应问题。以新模型拟合的8个桉树无性系的光响应曲线特征参数作为参考值,综合各参数,在8个桉树无性系中,无性系1号在光合上为表现较优良的无性系。
