| 摘 要： | 以１、５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ抗坯血酸和０．１、０．５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ过氧化处理油茶叶片。结果表明，抗坏血酸可以明显提高油茶叶片的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和过氧化氧酶活性，同时减少丙二醛的含量。

| Abstract: | Experiment were carried out to study the effect of different concentration ascorbic acid(AsA) and hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) on detached leaves senescence of Camellia oleifera,the results indicated that:AsA could maitain the activity of ascorbic acid peroxidase (ASP POD)Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase (CAT),reduce the MDA content H 2O 2 could maitain the activity of proteases ,reduce the protein content |
