摘    要:采用单因素设计和均匀设计对光皮桦的RAPD反应体系进行了优化,并对2种设计方案优化出的最佳反应体系的可靠性和稳定性进行比较.结果表明:2种设计均可用于光皮桦RAPD体系的优化,但单因素设计受多因素间交互作用的影响使反应体系达不到最优;而均匀设计能避免盲目性,并快速得到条带清晰、稳定性好的适合光皮桦的最优RAPD体系.

Abstract:Single factor design and uniform design were used to obtain optimum scheme on reaction system for random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) of Betula luminifera.And the optimum reaction systems of the two designs were compared.Results showed that both single factor design and uniform design could be used to optimize the reaction system for RAPD of B.luminifera,and single factor design caused by the effect of interaction on multifactor and could not obtain the optimum reaction system.But uniform design could avoid blindness and quickly obtained the optimum reaction system for RAPD of B.luminifera with clear bands and good stability.
