摘    要:研究了不同土壤水分条件下茶树(铁观音和福鼎大白茶)光合作用及其水分利用效率(WUE)的变化。结果表明,不同土壤水分处理对茶树净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、WUE等生理指标及其日变化均产生明显影响;水分胁迫下茶树的Pn、Tr、Gs都下降,WUE日平均值的降幅比Pn的小。生长在同一生境中的铁观音对土壤水分的生态适应能力高于福鼎大白茶。

Abstract:The seedlings of tea plants(Camellia sinensis "Tieguanyin" and C.sinensis "Fudingdabaicha") were grown in pots to study the effects of different soil moisture conditions on the photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs) and water use efficiency(WUE) of the tea plants and their diurnal variations were all significantly different under four soil moisture conditions.Pn,Tr and Gs were decreased,and the decrease in daily mean of WUE is less than that of Pn under the stress of soil moisture.The results showed that C.sinensis "Tieguanyin" had higher capacity to acclimate different soil water supply than C.sinensis "Fudingdabaicha" grown under the same habitat type.
