毛竹笋品质的区域分异性分析

在福建省选取8个不同区域采集鲜笋,对其营养成分及矿质元素含量进行测定并统计分析。在8个不同区域间毛竹笋营养成分中粗蛋白及维生素C含量差异达到0.1显著水平,其他营养成分虽有差别,但并未表现出显著差异;而矿质元素中N和Cu、Fe、Mn的含量差异达显著或极显著水平,其余矿质元素未表现显著差异;对毛竹笋中的重金属Cd进行测定,发现Cd在各区域毛竹笋中都存在,其含量在各区域间不存在显著差异。进一步对8个地区毛竹笋差异显著成分进行最小显著差数法(LSD)多重比较,结果表明地区差异对毛竹笋的品质存在显著影响。

Analysis of the regions variation for nutrition quality of the Phyllostachys heterocycla var. pubescens bamboo shoots

Bamboo shoots of Phyllostachys heterocycla var.pubescens were selected from 8 different regions in Fujian Province to carry on the statistical analysis of the nutrition ingredient and the content of mineral substance.The differences of the crude protein and vitamin C contents of the P.heterocycla var.pubescens bamboo shoots reached 0.1 significant difference among 8 different regions,the other nutrition ingredients of the P.heterocycla var.pubescens bamboo shoots varied in 8 different regions but no remarkable differences displayed.The differences of the content of mineral substance N,Cu,Fe,and Mn reached the remarkable and extremely remarkable level while other mineral substance elements displayed none.The determination of heavy metal Cd to the P.heterocycla var.pubescens bamboo shoots was carried on and indicated that Cd existed in various regions bamboo shoots of P.heterocycla var.pubescens and the content displayed no remarkable differences among various regions.Further,the least significant difference(LSD) multiple comparisons was used to inference the 8 areas of the P.heterocycla var.pubescens bamboo shoots significant difference.The results showed that regional differences have significant impact on the quality of the P.heterocycla var.pubescens bamboo shoots.
