涂覆UF/纳米SiO_2的胶合板阻燃性能的研究

摘    要:采用HC 2氧指数测定仪、HRR3热释放率测试系统,测定表面涂覆纳米SiO2改性脲醛树脂(UF/纳米SiO2)马尾松胶合板的阻燃性能 结果表明:随着纳米SiO2在脲醛树脂中加入量的增加,胶合板的氧指数显著增大,最高热释放率、2min总热释放量显著降低;纳米SiO2加入量超过脲醛树脂总量的3%以后,其氧指数、最高热释放率、2min总热释放量变化不大

Abstract:The flame retarding properties of Pinus massoniana plywood covered with urea formaldehyde resin modified by nano-SiO_2 (UF/nano-SiO_2) was studied by HC-2 oxygen index equipment and HRR_3 heat release rate system.The results showed that the oxygen index of plywood clearly increased while the highest heat release rate and the total heat release amount at 2 min of plywood greatly decreased when the nanometer silicon dioxide was added,which had little contribution to the oxygen index and the burning heat release rate of plywood when added over (3%.)
