氨基酸维生素对绿僵菌液生分生孢子形成影响

摘    要:对金龟子绿僵菌在不同氨基酸为氮源、不同维生素为生长辅助因子的液体培养基中菌丝生长和液生分生孢子的形成进行研究 .研究结果表明 :不同氨基酸和维生素对金龟子绿僵菌的生长及液生分生孢子的形成影响极显著 .以天门冬酰胺和 L -丙氨酸为氮源的培养液有利于绿僵菌液生分生孢子的形成 .产孢量达 5.1× 1 0 9和 4.7× 1 0 9个孢子·L-1.在培养液中添加适宜的生长辅助因子能有效刺激液生分生孢子的形成 . VB6+ VH或复合维生素 B能使绿僵菌获得较高的液生分生孢子产量 (产孢量高达 1 7.8× 1 0 9和 1 6.4× 1 0 9个孢子· L-1) .同时 ,试验还显示 :液生分生孢子的产量与培养基氮源的性质有关 ,复杂的氮源比简单的氮源更有利于液生分生孢子的形成

Abstract:Metarhizium anisopliae was cultured in liquid culture media containing various amino acids,vitamin,KNO\-4 and (NH\-4)\-2SO\-4 to determine their effect on growth and sporulation The results showed that various amino acids and vitamin had significant effect on growth and sporulation of submerged conidia Liquid culture medium containing L asparagine or L alanine produced large numbers of submerged conidia (5 1×10\+9 or 4 7×10\+9 spores/L),and proper accessory factor of growth could appear to stimulate sporution of submerged conidia Medium containing VB\-6+VH or compounding vitamin B was able to produce large numbers of conidia And maximum yield of conidia (17 8×10\+9 or 16 4×10\+9 spores/L) was obtained The experiment also showed that the production of submerged conidia was correlated with the properties of nitrogen sources, which complex nitrogen source for sporulation of submerged conidia was more favorable to simple nitrogen source
