| Abstract: | This paper explains the particularity in the preparation of the samples of the ligneous plant for observation under the electron microscope in the light of the structure of plants cell and its biological character, and introduces the method of preparation of the samples of the root tubercle of the Non-Leguminous Xylophyta for observation under the electron microscope. |
