不同种源杉木硝酸还原酶活力的比较研究

以杉木种源试验林为材料进行不同种源杉木硝酸还原酶（ＮＲ）活力的比较研究结果表明：不同种源杉木ＮＲ活力有明显差异，以中亚热带种源ＮＲ活力较高，南亚热带种源其次，北亚热带种源较低．不同种源杉木ＮＲ活力呈明显季节变化，上半年呈上升趋势，下半年呈下降趋势．不同种源杉木ＮＲ活力与其生长呈显著相关，ＮＲ活力在杉木成林中仍具一定稳定性，可反映其成林杉木的生长速率

Study on Nitrate Reeducates Activity Comparison of Different Provenance Chinese Fir

Nitrate reeducates activity of different provenance Chinese Fir are studied in this paper. The result are as follows. There are significant differences among Nitrate reeducates activity of different provenance Chinese Fir. Their Nitrate reeducates activity are in sequence of central subtropical provenance >south subtropical provenance > north subtropical provenance. Their Nitrate reeducates activity are varied with season obviously, which are increased from January to June and decreased from July to December. There are significant correlation between Nitrate reeducates activity of different provenance Chinese Fir and their growth. Their Nitrate reeducates activity are stable and can indicate their growth in adult plantation of Chinese Fir.
