提高香菇和银耳蛋白质氨基酸含量的研究

摘    要:人工袋栽的香菇和银耳蛋白质氨基酸含量较少,在其培养基中分别添加不同比例的FFC—I型复合氨基酸后,香菇银耳的蛋白质氨基酸含量呈现明显的递增,提高了香菇银耳的质量。

Abstract:This paper develops a novel addition agent, FFC-I copound animo-acid, for the increase of contents of animo-acids in the protein From Cultured lentinus edodes and Tsemella fuoiformis. The experiment meets good results.
