马尾松大田苗切根培育技术研究

在福建省浦城县水南李梅进行的马尾松大田苗切根培育技术试验研究结果表明：切根培育的苗木，其侧须根总长度、条数、根系鲜重、根茎比等均比未切根对照的增加近一倍，差异极显著，菌根感染率也较高，主根长度却仅为未切根培育的１／４．切根在一定程度上促进径粗生长，降低高茎比，促进根系发达，降低冠根比，达到优质壮苗．

Study on Taproot-cutting and Cultivation Techniques for Masson Pine Seedlings

In Limei Village, Shuinan Township, Pucheng County, Fujian, cultivatin trials for masson pine taproot-cut seedlings had been made, the trial results made following conclusions that cutting taproot could increase the total length and numbers of lateral roots, the wet weight of roots and the ratio of root to stem.Cutting taproot could also raise the percentage of mycorrhizae-infected seedlings, promote the diameter growth, make roots growing healthily, and thus raise the percentage of high quality seedlings.
