| Abstract: | This paper was combined the reform of the forest ownership and forest ownership certification with the WebGIS technique.It analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the WebGIS technique,which would be used in the forest ownership management.It introduced the overall framework and function module of the information system of the forest ownership management.According the MIS(management information systems) to promote the reform of the forest ownership and improve the level of the forestry resource management. |
